The Northern Territory Police Force have arrested a 52-year-old female in relation to an aggravated assault that occurred in Gray overnight.
Around 10.20pm, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received reports of domestic violence disturbance occurring at a unit complex on Victoria Drive involving an argument between a male and multiple other people.
Police attended and located a 45-year-old male who suffered a stab wound to the chest.
The male indicated to police that his 52-year-old female partner had allegedly assaulted him with an edged weapon.
St. John Ambulance conveyed the victim to Royal Darwin Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries for treatment.
The 52-year-old alleged offender was arrested and remains in police custody.
Strikeforce Lyra is conducting enquiries into the matter and the investigation is ongoing.
