A man has been charged with arson after a car located burnt out at Kurralta Park yesterday.
Just before 10am Monday 26 February police and fire crews responded to reports of a car fire in Selby Street.
A purple Honda Civic sedan was engulfed in flames when crews arrived and was completely destroyed by the blaze. Detectives are investigating if this vehicle is linked to a shooting incident at Wayville earlier in the day.
About 1pm today (Tuesday 27 February) following an investigation police attended a Kurralta Park address where they arrested a 51-year-old Fulham Gardens man. He is expected to be charged with arson of the motor vehicle.
