Police Make Arrests - Structure Fire At Wadeye

Northern Territory Police have arrested two people in relation to a structure fire in Wadeye this morning.

Around 7am, police received reports that the trade centre within the Wadeye school had been set alight.

There was nobody in the building at the time of the fire and the school was shut down. No injuries have been reported.

A fire investigator and detectives have deployed from Katherine.

A 20-year-old male and a 21-year-old female have been arrested and are assisting police with their enquiries.

Investigations remain ongoing.
