An off-duty police officer was allegedly detected drink driving in Ascot Vale on yesterday.
The male senior constable from Transit and Public Safety Command entered a booze bus location on Fisher Parade about 6.30pm on Wednesday, 9 October.
The 41-year-old man underwent a preliminary breath test, returning a positive result.
He then underwent an evidentiary breath test, returning an alleged reading of .13.
He received an infringement notice for the drink driving offence and his license has been suspended for 13 months.
