Police officers injured in Toorloo Arm

Police are investigating after a stolen car rammed a police vehicle in Toorloo Arm on Saturday afternoon (24 July).

The police car was rammed from behind at the intersection of Lakes Colquhoun Rd and Casey Creek Rd just before 6pm.

The two police members were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are currently searching for the offender who fled from the car into nearby bushland.

The vehicle is described as a Mercedes Benz G wagon 4WD.
