Police are investigating after three people were assaulted in Campbelltown last night, NSW Police say.
About 9.40pm yesterday (Wednesday 31 January 2018), police were called to a residential building on Narellan Road, after reports two men had entered a unit and assaulted three people.
Two men, one armed with a wooden stick and the other armed with a silver baseball bat, entered the apartment demanding money. Three people were assaulted, one hit in the head.
A laptop was then smashed before the two men fled the scene.
Three people suffered minor injuries but did not require medical treatment.
Police from Campbelltown City Police Area Command established a crime scene and are appealing for witnesses. They would like to speak with two men they believe can assist with inquiries.
One man is described as being 180 to 185cm tall with a solid build. He was wearing a black/grey hooded jumper with red clothing wrapped around his face.
Another man is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a middle eastern accent. He was wearing a black hooded jumper.
Inquiries continue.
