Police are investigating a deliberately lit house fire at Gagebrook on Saturday night.
Tasmanian Fire Serve were called to the vacant house on Thistle Street, Gagebrook about 11.15pm on Saturday night.
Significant damage was caused to the dwelling but thankfully no-one was home at the time of the fire.
Investigations are continuing in relation to the fire and anyone with information or CCTV footage of the area at the time is asked to contact Glenorchy Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers Tasmania on 1800 333 000 or at crimestopperstas.com.au.
