Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash in Cabramatta this afternoon, NSW Police say.
About 1.15pm today, emergency services were called to Cabramatta Road, near the intersection of Bauer Road, following reports of a crash.
Initial investigations suggest a Honda Jazz and a Citroen Xsara crashed head-on.
A passenger in the Honda, a woman believed to be aged in her 70s, died at the scene.
The driver of the Honda and other passenger, as well as the driver of the Citroen and passenger, were all taken to Liverpool Hospital with serious injuries.
A crime scene has been established and investigations into the crash are continuing.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
