Police have released images of a vehicle as part of an ongoing homicide investigation into the death of a 27-year-old woman in North Toowoomba yesterday.
Initial investigations indicate that at around 1:50pm, emergency services were called to an address on the corner of West Street and Christmas Street following reports of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, a 27-year-old Wilsonton woman was located with multiple serious injuries and was taken to hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
As part of Operation Xray Meg detectives have spoken with three people who were present at the scene and are continuing to assist police with their enquiries.
Police are also appealing for information from the public to help identify the occupants of a 2004 white Toyota Camry (below) which was located on Gladstone Street at North Toowoomba shortly after the incident.
Detectives are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or been in the vicinity of Christmas Street, West Street or Gladstone Street around the time of the incident.
Anyone who has any information that may be able to assist the investigation is asked to contact police.
