Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the non-suspicious death of a 44-year-old man in Nerang on Tuesday, July 9.
Emergency services were called to the Nerang Street property at approximately 6.50am following reports a body had been located.
A crime scene was established, while inquiries were made into the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
The death is being treated as non-suspicious, and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
