Police Re-appeal To Help Locate Missing Man - Eastwood

Police are re-appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north west.

Melvin Wong, aged 39, was last seen in Eastwood, about 1am on Saturday 24 August 2024.

Officers attached to Ryde Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Sunday 25 August 2024) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Melvin's welfare.

Melvin is described as Asian appearance, 165cm, thin build, short black hair and unshaven.

Melvin was last seen wearing a black jacket, red T-shirt, blue jeans and a dark blue cap. He was carrying a red shopping bag.

Inquiries have established that he may have been in the vicinity of Eastwood bus stop and the Macquarie shopping centre.
