NSW Police are re-appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Far South Coast since early 2018.
Garry "Munka" Verrall, then aged 62, left his unit in Narooma on Wednesday 24 January 2018, saying he was going to the Tilba area and would return by the next day.
Officers from South Coast Police District were notified when Mr Verrall failed to return and commenced an investigation.
Detectives believe Mr Verrall was last seen around the Narooma shopping centre plaza on Wednesday 24 January 2018, where he bought a number of items from local stores.
Mr Verrall has not been seen or heard from since and there are serious concerns for his welfare.
Despite extensive inquiries, Mr Verrall has not been located and police are re-appealing for public assistance.
Mr Verrall, now aged 65, is described as being of Caucasian appearance with fair skin, about 180cm tall with a thin build and small tattoos on his lower right arm.
He was known to hitchhike around the local area and police are appealing for anyone who saw him or gave him a lift to come forward.
Officers are also appealing for anyone who was travelling on the Princes Highway on Wednesday 24 January 2018, and who may have seen Mr Verrall, to contact police immediately.
