Police have charged a 32-year-old man following an emergency declaration and police-involved shooting at Crestmead last week.
The 32-year-old Crestmead man has been charged with five counts each of dangerous conduct with a weapon, acts intended to resist arrest, serious assault, three counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, authority to possess explosives, and one count each of damaging vehicles when operating motor vehicle, carry dangerous goods in vehicle, assault police, serious assault police, possessing relevant substance, evasion, obstruct police, possess dangerous drugs, trespass (domestic violence offence).
He is due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on October 25.
Investigators are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have any video footage, including dashcam or mobile phone vision, of any of these incidents to come forward.
