Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public's assistance for information relating to a fatal crash that occurred in East Perth on Sunday, 23 March 2025.
About 9pm, a Transperth bus travelling northbound over the causeway struck a female pedestrian that had stepped onto the road.
The woman sustained critical injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital where she died a short time later.
