Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash at Fords, near Kapunda.
Police were alerted to the crash on Greenock Road, Fords just after 2pm on Tuesday 3 December.
Greenock Road is expected to be closed to all traffic between the Thiele Highway and The Gap Road.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area, if possible.
