Police and emergency services attended the scene of a single vehicle crash in McMillans on 21 October.
It is believed a sedan driving south on Greens Road, near the intersection of Leitchville-Kerang Road, left the roadway and rolled about 7.35pm.
Sadly, a yet to be formally identified person, was located deceased in the vehicle.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined at this stage and the investigation remains ongoing.
