Police are appealing for witnesses or dashcam following a fatal traffic crash at Duckinwilla near Maryborough.
Around 5.50am today a motorist on his way to work located a white 1996 Nissan Pathfinder that had crashed into a tree on the Bruce Highway.
On inspection of the vehicle by the motorist, a 71-year-old man from Howard was located deceased inside.
Police attended and commenced investigations into the crash.
