Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Caboolture 26 May

An 84-year-old woman has died following a single-vehicle traffic crash at Caboolture on Thursday, May 16.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 10.45am, a Mazda CX-3 was travelling north along Brown Street when it left the road and collided with the Perry Irwin Bridge.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, an 84-year-old Caboolture woman, was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital where she died as a result of her injuries on May 25.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.

Investigations are continuing.
