Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Eagle Farm 18 July

A man has died after the motorbike he was riding was involved in a traffic crash at Eagle Farm this afternoon, July 18.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 1.05pm, police were called to reports a red Honda CBR 1000 and white Toyota Hilux had been involved in a crash on Schneider Road.

The male rider, a 37-year-old Caboolture man, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Hilux, a 36-year-old Morningside man, sustained non-life threatening injuries and is assisting police.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage, is urged to come forward.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
