Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Millmerran

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash at Millmerran this morning, July 31.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 9.20am, an Isuzu D-MAX utility was travelling west along the Gore Highway, near Albert street, when it crashed with a truck travelling the opposite direction.

The utility driver, a 32-year-old Glenvale man, was declared deceased at the scene.

The truck driver, a 32-year-old Miles man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses or anyone with information is urged to contact police.
