Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At White Rock

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash at White Rock this afternoon, Friday, August 23.

Around 3pm, emergency services respond to reports a Yamaha Yzf-r3 motorcycle and Isuzu D-max ute had crashed southbound on the Centenary Highway.

The rider, a 23-year-old Ripley man, passed away at the scene.

The driver and sole occupant of the Isuzu, a 49-year-old Thornlands man, was physically uninjured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash, and are appealing to anyone with information, including dash cam vision, to come forward.
