Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Wacol 19 October

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a traffic crash at Wacol on October 14.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 2.15am, an Isuzu DMAX utility was travelling along Tile Street when it struck a concrete barrier and metal fencing before leaving the road.

The driver and sole occupant, a 73-year-old Ellen Grove man, sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he passed away yesterday, October 18.

Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing, including whether a prior medical condition contributed to the crash.
