Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Colosseum

A woman has died following a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash in Colosseum last night, March 4.

Initial investigations indicate around 9.30pm, a vehicle and truck were travelling in opposite directions on the Bruce Highway when they crashed near McAuliffe Road.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a woman, died at the scene.

The driver of the truck, a 60-year-old Forest Glen man, sustained minor injuries.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations into the circumstances of the crash are underway.
