Police are appealing for witnesses after a truck and car crashed at Oakey this morning.
About 12pm today, an AB triple prime mover truck was traveling east bound on the Warrego Highway Bypass when it has collided with a white sedan turning right onto Toowoomba Road.
The driver of the sedan, a 78-year-old Kingsthorpe woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The 62-year-old driver of the prime mover did not receive any physical injuries.
Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are appealing for any witnesses who have yet to speak with police, or anyone who may have dash cam vision to please contact police.
