Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating after a car collided with a motorcycle at Clarendon this afternoon.
Preliminary inquiries indicate at 5.15pm a sedan was travelling north on Coominya Connection Road when the driver has lost control of the vehicle, crossed to the wrong side of the road and collided with a motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction.
The male rider of the motorcycle was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The male driver of the sedan, a Lowood man in his thirties and his two passengers were not physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
