Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Gary.
The 74-year-old was last seen in Golden Point around 9am this morning.
He is described as having a slim build, long grey hair in a ponytail and usually wears a black beanie.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and may be disorientated.
Police have released an image of Gary in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Gary or with any information as to his whereabouts are urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
