Police are appealing for public information to help locate missing man George.
The 89-year-old was last seen in Lynden Street in Camberwell about 2pm on 1 November.
George was wearing a blue/green hoodie, long pants and blue runners.
He usually walks around the Lynden Park, Riversdale Park and Highfield Park areas.
George has Alzheimer's and other medical conditions and if he gets lost will usually knock on someone's door and can tell them his name and address.
An image of George has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights George is urged to call Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
