Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Ian.
The 60-year-old man was last seen about 3pm today in Graytown.
He was driving a red Navara dual cab ute.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
An image of Ian has been released in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Ian or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Nagambie Police Station on 5794 2526.
