Koroit police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man John Devlin, Victoria Police say.
John, who is from Koroit, was last heard from at 1pm on 8 December when he spoke to his wife by phone.
It’s believed he may have travelled somewhere by vehicle.
Police have concerns for the 68-year-old’s welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
John is pereceived to be of caucasian appearance, about 183cm tall with a medium build, blue eyes and white hair.
Police have also released an image of John in the event someone recognises him and can provide information about his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information or who sights John is urged to call triple zero (000).
