Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Mount Waverley man Lianchun.
The 79-year-old was last seen at an address in Princetown Road, Mount Waverley about 10am today.
There are concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Lianchun in the hope someone can provide information about his whereabouts.
Lianchun is approximately 170cm tall with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt with white checkered lines and white pants.
Anyone who sights Lianchun is urged to call Glen Waverley Police Station (03) 9566 1555.
