Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Luke.
The 31-year-old was last seen in Deer Park after getting out of his carers vehicle and running off near the Koroit River Path tonight.
Luke is described as 183cm tall with a medium build and was only white wearing socks.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Luke and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
