Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wangaratta man Nicholas.
The 51-year-old was last seen this morning on Ovens Street.
Police and family are concerned for Nicholas' welfare as his behaviour is out of character.
Nicholas is Caucasian, about 180cm tall, of thin stature with short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, jeans and prescription sunglasses.
Police have released an image of Nicholas in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Nicholas or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Wangaratta Police Station on 03 5723 0888.
