Police are appealing for information to locate missing Albanvale man Duc who has severe dementia.
The 62-year-old was last seen on Trafalgar Street about 11am today where it's believed he climbed out of the window to leave his address where he lives with a carer.
There are serious concerns for Duc's welfare due to his dementia and he doesn't speak English.
Local police units are searching the area, with assistance from the police Air Wing.
Duc is described as being of Asian appearance, 150cm tall with a slim build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black matching tracksuit with a hood.
Police have released images of Duc in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
