Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wheelers Hill man Zlatko.
The 77-year-old was last seen at his home on Chestnut Court around midday on Thursday 3 March.
He was light brown track pants and a white cotton t-shirt with a black print on the shoulder and brown Colorado sandals.
Zlatko is described as 170cm tall, medium build and white thinning hair.
Zlatko is believed to be travelling in a maroon 1994 Toyota Corolla sedan, registration FQB 541.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as Zlatko has dementia and is not carrying his medication for a medical condition he has.
Police have released an image of Zlatko and a vehicle similar to the one he may be driving in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
