Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Dom.
The 15-year-old was last seen on Boden Road in Merbein West around 7.30pm on 14 September.
Police and family are concerned for Dom's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
It is believed Dom may have travelled to New South Wales, possibly the Cowra area.
Images have been released in the hope someone recognises them and provides information on their current whereabouts.
Dom is Caucasian, approximately 173cm tall, with blue eyes, and hair dyed an apricot colour, styled in a mohawk.
He was last seen wearing a black studded hand-painted jacket, brown pants and black boots.
