Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Tuji.
The 27-year-old was last seen leaving Golding Court in Springvale South about 12.30pm on Tuesday, 17 September.
Police and family have concerns for Tuji's welfare as he lives with an intellectual disability.
Tuji is African in appearance and is of slim build with dark facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey pullover jumper and grey tracksuit pants.
Investigators have released an image of Tuji in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
