Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Hibo.
The 18-year-old was last seen on Kororoit Creek Road in Williamstown about 10am today.
Police and family have concerns for Hibo's welfare due to a medical condition and her disappearance being out of character.
Hibo is described as having olive skin, long black hair and a nose and eyebrow piercing.
Hibo is known to frequent the Yarra, Fitzroy, Brunswick and Williamstown areas.
Police have released an image of Hibo in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Hibo is urged to contact Footscray Police Station on (03) 8398 9800.
