Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Traralgon teen Jacinta Summerfield.
The 16-year-old was last seen at her home address in Gathercole Drive about 9.30pm on 4 February.
Police and family members hold concerns for Jacinta's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Jacinta in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Police are concerned that Jacinta may be headed to Queensland.
Anyone who sees Jacinta or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
