Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Cheltenham woman Una.
The 90-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Bluff Road in Sandringham about 11.30am on Friday 31 December.
Police and family have concerns for Una as she lives with dementia.
Una is described as being of average height, of medium build with short grey hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey and green top, black pants, black shoes and had on black rimmed glasses.
Investigators have released images of Una in the hope someone recognises her.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Bayside police station on 8530 5100.
