Police Seek Domestic Violence Tips in Alice Springs 14 November

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to a domestic violence incident that occurred in Alice Springs overnight.

Around 11.00pm, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre (JESCC) received a report that a 19-year-old male had assaulted his 33-year-old stepfather at a residence at Aneura Place, Sadadeen.

Emergency services attended and the victim was conveyed to Alice Springs Hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening, but serious injuries to his face.

The offender fled the scene prior to police arrival and remains outstanding.

Investigations are ongoing and police urge anyone who has information, or who witnessed the incident, to contact police on 131 444 and quote reference NTP2400115043.
