Police Seek Elderly Man Missing From Darlinghurst

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Darlinghurst.

Robert McKenzie, aged 72, was last seen in Darlinghurst, about 2.50pm Sunday 20 October 2024.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Kings Cross Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Robert's welfare due to him requiring daily medical treatment.

Robert is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of a medium build, balding grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, blue flannel shirt, light coloured jeans and was seen carrying a blue, white and orange canvas bag and a grey backpack.

Robert is known to frequent the Darlinghurst and Sydney CBD areas.
