Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate James Randall.
The 18-year-old was last seen at an address on Scown Road, Tresco about 4.45pm today (18 April).
Police and family hold concerns for James's welfare as he has autism and cannot verbally communicate.
An image of James has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
James is Caucasian in appearance and about 165cm tall with a slim build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue zip-up hoodie, grey-and-white denim shorts and black runners.
James also wears a medical identification necklace.
Anyone with information or who sees James is urged to contact Swan Hill Police Station on 5036 1600.
