Police Seek Help To Find Missing Boy At Townsville 16 June

Police are seeking seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 10-year-old boy missing from Kirwan in Townsville overnight, June 15.

The boy, pictured, was last seen at approximately 3pm leaving a Glebe Place property on foot, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age, and his disappearance is out of character.

The boy is described as First Nations, approximately 120cm tall with a proportionate build, black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing bright-orange shorts and a Queensland Maroons Indigenous jersey.

Police are appealing to the boy, or anyone who has seen him, to immediately come forward.

Nearby residents are also urged to check their properties.
