Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 17-year-old boy reported missing from Maryborough since Wednesday, February 19.
The boy, pictured, was last seen at a park on Sussex Street however has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has not made contact with family for some time and has a medical condition.
He is described as Caucasian, with a slim build, dark hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing basketball shorts, a white t-shirt and red shoes.
Investigators are urging the boy or anyone who may have information regarding his welfare to contact police.
