Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 14-year-old-girl reported missing from North Ipswich this evening, November 27.
The girl, pictured, was last seen near Downs Street just after 9pm and has not been heard from since.
She is known to visit the Ipswich, Collingwood Park and Redbank areas.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and having a medical condition.
The girl is described as Caucasian, around 160cm tall, proportionate build, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police appeal to the girl, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to contact police.
