Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 63-year-old man reported missing from Southport.
Grant Andrew was last seen leaving a Terrigal Crest address at 10.15am today when he left to visit a local shop but did not return.
Concerns are held for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition which can cause confusion.
Mr Andrew also requires regular medication for an illness.
He is described as Caucasian with white hair and a slim build. When last seen, Grant was wearing a grey jacket, cargo pants with a camouflage pattern and black shoes.
Anyone who has seen Grant or who may know of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
