Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 23-year-old man missing from Rasmussen.
Japheth Neliman was last seen around 4.30pm on Wednesday, August 14, at a Pelican Avenue residence, and has not contacted family since.
He is described as 170cm tall, Torres Straight Islander, slim build with curly brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a brown flannelette shirt, camo Chicago Bulls basketball shorts, mismatched socks, no shoes, a black bum bag and a black cap.
Investigators are appealing for Japheth, or anyone with further information, to contact police.
