Police Seek Help To Find Missing Man At Caboolture 17 August

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 90-year-old man missing from a residential aged care facility in Caboolture since 5pm today, August 17.

Basil Gaudry, pictured, left the Manley Street facility on foot, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare due to his elderly age, and his medical conditions which cause him significant confusion, and require medication.

Basil is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm tall with a proportionate build, and short curly grey hair.

He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue striped long-sleeve shirt, and sneakers, as depicted in the below CCTV image.

Police are urging nearby residents within the Caboolture area to check their properties for any signs of Basil.

Polair is also assisting with the search.
