Police Seek Help To Find Missing Man At Rockhampton 7 October

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate an 83-year-old man missing from Frenchville since this morning, October 7.

Ian Jenkins, pictured, was last seen travelling on foot at approximately 10.45am in Frenchville area.

Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare due to his age, and he has a medical condition which causes extreme confusion.

Ian is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with a proportionate build, grey hair and blue eyes.

Residents in the North Rockhampton, Frenchville and Norman Gardens areas are urged to check their properties for any sign of Ian.

Police are appealing to anyone with information about Ian's whereabouts to immediately come forward.
