Police Seek Help To Find Missing Man At Maryborough

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 42-year-old man missing from Maryborough since yesterday, November 2.

Darryn Kimlin (pictured) was last seen departing the Lamington Bridge Boat Ramp about 10am yesterday and was expected to return from a solo fishing trip about midday today however, has not returned.

Darryn last contacted family about 3.50pm and indicated he was fishing in the Granville river mouth at Beaver Rock.

He is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with a slim build, blonde / brown hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve fishing shirt and board shorts.

He was traveling in a five-meter fibre glass half cab boat named "Tamarumma".

Police and family hold serious concerns for Darryn as his disappearance is out of character.

Anyone with information regarding Darryn's whereabouts is urged to contact police.
